What do you Inspect and report on ?

The details from these inspections will appear in our "Plain English" comprehensive report, which is presented in an IBIS 2000 hard cover.
How can I receive my final report ?
Your comprehensive "Plain English" report which comes in a "hard cover" will be posted to you, unless in the Christchurch area in which case the report will be delivered by hand direct to your address.
As we deal with a lot of International customers who require the information for their decision making, "quicker than the international postal services" in these cases we also email the report direct to their email address, and are pleased to offer our New Zealand customers the same service. Should you specifically require the report to be couriered, this will incur an additional charge.
Are you really available 24 hours a day ?
Quite simply yes.
Although we would prefer that non urgent issues are dealt with during 9am-5pm (NZ Time).
As part of our property management service we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, this is available to both the tenants and the property owners.
